15 Now they were bringing even infants to him that he might touch them. And when the disciples saw it, they rebuked them.16 But Jesus called them to him, saying, “Let the children come to me, and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of God.17 Truly, I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God like a child shall not enter it.”

13 Und sie brachten Kindlein zu ihm, auf daß er sie anrühre. Die Jünger aber verwiesen es denen, welche sie herzubrachten.14 Als aber Jesus es sah, wurde er unwillig und sprach zu ihnen: Lasset die Kindlein zu mir kommen und wehret ihnen nicht, denn solcher ist das Reich Gottes.15 Wahrlich, ich sage euch: Wer irgend das Reich Gottes nicht aufnehmen wird wie ein Kindlein, wird nicht in dasselbe eingehen.16 Und er nahm sie in seine Arme, legte die Hände auf sie und segnete sie.
Matthew 19
13 Then children were brought to him that he might lay his hands on them and pray. The disciples rebuked the people,14 but Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.”15 And he laid his hands on them and went away.
